NDEO Conference Student Volunteer Application

Application deadline is June 1, 2025 by 11:59pm ET

 

In order to volunteer, you must be a current NDEO student member (with membership current through conference dates) and available to volunteer for at least two days of conference. Volunteers are scheduled for a total of 10-12 hours over conference in 2 to 3-hour shifts. Volunteer duties include: assisting presenters using AV; answering general attendee questions about event and providing directions; helping attendees download and use the conference app; and checking in conference attendees. Volunteers receive complimentary conference attendance and are free to attend sessions when they are not working.

Volunteers must attend a short training over Zoom the week of September 16 to go over requirements and learn more about what to expect.
